  • From payment providers, carriers, fraud-prevention providers, social platforms, and other service providers involved in your transaction.

4. Why We Use Personal Information

  • To provide product information, respond to inquiries, and prepare quotations.
  • To create accounts, process payments, confirm orders, manufacture products, arrange shipping, and provide tracking.
  • To produce custom jewelry, review CAD files, confirm measurements, and provide Grillz fitting services.
  • To handle cancellations, returns, refunds, repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
  • To detect fraud, secure the website, protect transactions, and enforce our terms.
  • To comply with accounting, tax, customs, consumer-protection, data-protection, and other legal obligations.
  • To understand website performance, improve products and services, measure advertising, and show relevant advertising where permitted.
  • To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Legal Bases

Depending on your location and the activity involved, we process personal information because it is necessary to perform or prepare a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights, protect legal rights, or because you have given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising & Chat

The website may use necessary cookies for WordPress, WooCommerce, account login, shopping-cart operation, checkout, payment, security, and fraud prevention. These cookies are required for the services requested by the user.

  • Google Analytics: used to understand website use, traffic, and performance.
  • Google Ads: used to measure advertising performance and, where enabled and permitted, support relevant advertising.
  • Meta Pixel: used to measure advertising and website interactions and, where enabled and permitted, support relevant advertising on Meta services.
  • Tawk.to: used to provide live-chat customer support.
  • WhatsApp: used when you choose to contact customer service through WhatsApp.

We do not currently use TikTok Pixel or a separate email-marketing platform. We do not normally send promotional email campaigns. Transactional messages relating to orders, payments, shipping, support, and accounts may still be sent.

Where applicable law requires consent, we request consent before using non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. You may reject or withdraw consent through the available cookie settings or contact us. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect website functions.

7. Service Providers & Data Sharing

We may share only the information reasonably required with service providers involved in operating the website and fulfilling transactions, including:

  • Website hosting, security, maintenance, and cloud-service providers, including Hostinger.
  • E-commerce and website technology providers, including WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Payment processors and fraud-prevention providers, including PayPal and participating banks or card networks.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under certain US privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where such laws apply, you may request an opt-out by emailing us.

8. International Data Transfers

Mister Jewels is based in China and serves customers in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and other countries. Personal information may therefore be processed in China and in countries where our hosting, payment, analytics, advertising, chat, communications, and logistics providers operate.

Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms, contractual protections, consent, or another lawful basis for international transfers. You may contact us for further information about safeguards relevant to your data.

9. Data Retention

  • Order and transaction records: normally retained for 3 years after the transaction or completion of the customer relationship.
  • Account information: retained while the account remains active and afterwards as reasonably necessary for orders, disputes, security, or legal compliance.
  • Customer-service, custom-project, CAD, measurement, and fit information: retained only as long as reasonably necessary for production, support, warranty, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
  • Cookie, analytics, and advertising information: retained according to the relevant cookie settings and service-provider retention periods.

If a longer retention period is required by tax, accounting, customs, consumer-protection, litigation, or another applicable law, the legally required period will take priority. When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymize it, or restrict processing where deletion is not yet legally or technically possible.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. No online system is completely secure, but we review access and use appropriate measures for the nature of the information processed.

12. Children

The website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly accept orders from persons under 18. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict it as required by law.

13. Automated Processing & Fraud Checks

Payment, security, advertising, and fraud-prevention providers may use automated tools to identify suspicious activity or measure advertising. We may request additional verification or review an order before taking action. Contact us if you believe an automated or fraud-screening process has incorrectly affected your order.
