Jewelry Size Guide
Use this guide to choose the right jewelry proportions and fit. Available sizes may vary by design, and custom sizing is supported. Contact us before ordering if you need help confirming a measurement.
Ring Sizes
Our rings normally use US sizing. If you use UK, European, Japanese, or another sizing standard, contact us and we will help convert the size before production.
Ring inside-diameter and finger-circumference conversion information is available on request. For the most accurate result, send us either the inside diameter of a ring that already fits or the measured circumference of the intended finger in millimeters.
- Measure the intended finger at the point where the ring will sit.
- Use a non-stretch measuring strip, or measure the inside diameter of a well-fitting ring.
- Record the measurement in millimeters and tell us which sizing standard you normally use.
- If the measurement falls between two sizes, contact us before ordering so we can recommend the best option for the design.
Necklace & Chain Lengths
Regular stock necklace lengths normally range from 16 to 24 inches. Common options may include 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, and 30 inches, depending on the chain design and availability.

Chain width depends on the style and construction of the selected product. Check the product specifications or contact us for the exact width before ordering.
Bracelet Sizes
Bracelet lengths normally range from 6 to 9 inches. Measure your wrist snugly with a flexible tape, then tell us whether you prefer a close, regular, or loose fit. Bracelet width depends on the selected style.
Pendant Measurements
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, the listed pendant height does not include the bail. The bail is the top loop or attachment that connects the pendant to the chain. Contact us if you need the total height including the bail or need to confirm whether a particular chain will fit through it.
Grillz Sizing & Fit
Grillz are individually customized. A physical dental mold or an accurate compatible dental scan file is required so that we can prepare the fit. Before ordering, confirm how many teeth the design should cover and whether it is for the upper teeth, lower teeth, or both.

Custom Sizing & Production Tolerance
Customer-supplied dimensions and custom sizes are supported. Please provide all measurements in millimeters or inches and clearly state whether pendant dimensions should include the bail.
Because jewelry is manufactured and finished by hand, the normal dimensional tolerance is approximately 0.5–1.5 mm, depending on the product design, material, stone setting, plating, and finishing process.
